Try the app on a demo brewery with three months of made-up brewing: tanks, brew sheets, inventory, the calendar, and menu boards. No email needed. It's yours alone to change, and it's deleted after a week.

Does your brewery already use Badger Brew Ops?
You'll join automatically when your admin invites . Invited with a different email? Type the join code from the invite email (like grist-knockout-4821), or ask your admin to read it from their Team page.
Add your tanks in Settings → Equipment (or bring them in from a spreadsheet: Settings → Import), or start from:
No packaged batch matches.
Tap a beer to see the batches behind it. Stock comes in from packaging runs and goes out by removals and counts.
On hand = received − used on batches (ingredients and additions with the same name and lot) ± counts. Tap an item for its lots and the batches that used them.
Each value saves as soon as you leave its box (also with no signal). Values far from their target are highlighted.

Changing a unit only changes how numbers are shown and typed; nothing already recorded changes. You don't have permission to change these.
Made this brewery by mistake, or only tried things out? You can delete it, with everything in it, while you're the only person in it. This can't be undone; download a backup first if you might want it.
Tick everything your brewery measures on brew day. The brew-day screen and the printed sheet show only these, in this order. Unticking a field never removes anything already recorded: a batch always shows every field it has a value for.

For anything the list above doesn't have. It's added to the sheet right away, at the end of its section.
Where finished kegs and cases are kept: a storage cooler, a taproom... Packaging puts them in the location's storage place unless you choose another.
The server checks your records every 15 minutes. What needs attention shows on the tank board for everyone, and is emailed once to the people you choose for each kind of alert.
You don't have permission to change these.
Bring in what's in your spreadsheets. Nothing is saved until you've seen the preview, and rows that are already here are skipped, so importing the same sheet twice is safe. Import tanks and beers first, then batches, then cellar logs.
Your permission level can preview this, but not import it.
A key lets an outside tool or an AI assistant read and write here as you, through the API (what it can do). It can have some or all of your permissions, never more. Treat it like a password: it's shown once, and you can revoke it any time.
API keys are off in the demo.
Your new key (copy it now; it won't be shown again):
Undo removes what a key added (a cellar log entry, an addition, an acid cycle, a calendar item, a delivery, an order, a recipe) or puts back what it changed (a tank's status, a beer, a draft line), unless someone changed it since. Volumes, stock, brew-day sheet values, and raw counts are corrected the usual way (a level check, a count, a move, or a new value), so their history is kept.
Tick the kegs, casks, cases, and containers you fill. Packaging asks for a count of each, and turns the counts into barrels. Unticking one never changes past packaging.

"How many per package" is for cases: a case of 24 cans of 16 oz is 16 fl oz, 24 per package.
From BeerSmith, Brewfather, Brewer's Friend, and other recipe software (export as BeerXML). The brew-day sheet can copy a recipe's ingredients.
A tank is flagged "Acid due" after a batch of any of these styles leaves it. Each tank can also be set to need acid every few turns, in its tank settings.

Every tank's cleanings, newest first. Log one in a tank's settings: tap an empty tank on the board.

Invites are off in the demo (it doesn't send emails).
Each person has a level. An admin can change what a level includes here, or adjust one person by tapping their name above. Admins can always do everything (on a phone, their column is left out). ("Head" is Head brewer.)
What each level gets each morning, as usual. Each person can change theirs in My account.
Download everything in this brewery as one file. A backup can be loaded into an empty brewery.
You don't have permission to download or load backups.
Every list as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with names (not codes) and your units in the column names. The backup above is the complete copy for loading back in; these are for reading, sharing, and moving to other tools.
Each morning, today's jobs and alerts at this brewery ("5 jobs, 2 alerts"): a notification on each device you turn it on for here, or an email if none takes it.
The morning summary is off in the demo.
Subscribe to the planning calendar in Google or Apple Calendar with a private link. It's read-only: plans are changed in Badger Brew Ops. Anyone with the link can see the plan, so keep it to yourself; turn it off any time and it stops working at once. Google Calendar refreshes subscribed calendars only every several hours, so the app stays the live view.
Calendar links are off in the demo.
Your link (shown once; make a new one if you lose it):
